Access and/or its members and team are not liable for any indirect, consequential or any other damages whatsoever, including but not limited to damages for loss of business, profits or similar regardless how such damages may have occurred, including but not limited to negligence, and in any and all event our limitation of liability is limited to the amount that you have paid, if any payment has been made to Access.

This does not constitute an endorsement or association and Access neither implies nor offers any guarantee in respect to such services, except for where expressly stated otherwise. Access collects and processes the following personal data from users:
Identity and Contact Data, including name, address, telephone number, e-mail, employer, job title and function, and other personal data concerning the preferences relevant to its services;

When users or organizations become a member of Access.
When users or organizations offer to provide, or provides, services to Access;
When it is provided to Access by a third party because the user is an employee of one of Access member organisations, supplier or service provider.

When users attend a seminars or other events organized by Access.
Personal Data Use
Access uses the personal data only for the following purposes:
To fulfil the registration with Access.

To communicate with users about matters related to interests in Access. To keep you updated about our services and events; to send you client surveys, marketing campaigns, or other promotional activities; and

Access only keeps personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes Access collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any accounting, or reporting requirements.
Personal Data Storage
All information provided to Access is stored on secure servers. When Access has given users (or where users have chosen) a password which enables them to access certain parts of the site, users are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Access recommends users not to share the password with anyone.
Although Access does its best to protect the personal data, Access cannot guarantee the security of the data transmitted to the site; any transmission is at users own risk.
